01 / WHERE WE HELP

The overlooked work.
Our entire focus.

Charge Capture and Chart Deficiency are two examples of our work. Bring us another repetitive task, operational issue, or workflow requirement—we’ll assess feasibility and design a practical automation around it.

01

Automated Charge Capture

Transform clinical charts into structured draft claims using facility-specific coding rules. Review diagnoses, services, units, modifiers, and supporting evidence before anything moves forward. A custom PMS integration can place drafts inside your existing system, pending human review.

Available today: local ER chart processing and review drafts. PMS handoff is scoped and tested for each facility.

ENCOUNTER → VALIDATION → PENDING REVIEW
02

Automated Chart Deficiency

Identify missing documentation and potential contradictions, then give staff a clear next action. Facility deployments can add scheduled monitoring, predefined queries, and repeat checks that reconcile outstanding deficiencies after documentation is corrected.

Available today: local ER documentation checks and findings review. Scheduled jobs and EHR query routing are configured per deployment.

RECONCILE → FLAG → FOLLOW UP
03

Custom EHR / PMS integration

Connect EHR and PMS processes with purpose-built integrations, deterministic rules, and focused AI where it earns its place.

CONNECT → CUSTOMIZE → SIMPLIFY
04

Custom workflow automation

Have a different bottleneck? Tell us what your team does today, the issues they face, and the outcome you need. We assess technical feasibility, system access, exceptions, and review requirements before proposing a scoped solution.

Potential projects include document handling, data entry, reconciliation, reporting, scheduled tasks, and cross-system follow-up. Each project is evaluated against your environment and requirements.

PRODUCT WALKTHROUGH / SYNTHETIC DATA

From chart to draft.
From gap to follow-up.

Follow five claim creation steps: read the chart, apply coding rules, build the header, add service lines, and save a pending PMS draft. Two follow-up steps explain how documentation gaps are detected and reconciled. Play the 84-second walkthrough or select any step.

CLAIM CREATION / 01

Read and identify the encounter.

Upload the clinical chart. Native text extraction or local OCR reads the record and preserves source evidence. Identify the patient, encounter and date of service; missing or ambiguous details remain flagged for review.

  • Medication entry has no administered dose

Structured encounter data

  • Patient and encounter details extracted
  • Documented services linked to source evidence
  • Missing details retained as review items

YOUR INFRASTRUCTURE. YOUR OPERATIONS.

Your EHR. Your PMS.
Keep what works.

RCMAdmin does not replace your EHR or practice management system. We automate defined tasks around the systems your facility already uses, with deployment on your infrastructure and people responsible for final decisions.

Clinical chart extraction, OCR and model inference run locally in the current products. Access, storage, retention, audit requirements and any external integration are agreed with your team before deployment.

BUILT AROUND YOUR EXISTING SYSTEMS

Compatibility starts
with your workflow.

We confirm the vendor, version, access permissions, and workflow before committing to an integration.

Supported APIs and data interfaces

Where your vendor provides an authorized API or import/export interface, we scope field mappings, authentication, draft creation, and exception handling against its documented capabilities.

Approved browser workflows

When a suitable API is unavailable, we assess browser automation with your facility’s and vendor’s approval. Use dedicated permissions, review checkpoints, and a tested recovery path when screens change.

Verify compatibility before deployment

Bring your EHR/PMS name and version to the introduction. We evaluate a specific task in a test environment; we do not claim universal compatibility or vendor certification.

02 / HOW WE WORK

Start small.
Make it count.

A clear scope first. An implementation that fits. Support after deployment.

01 /

Find the friction.

Start with your requirements and the issues your team encounters, whether they involve our existing products or a different workflow. Map the current steps, systems, volume and exceptions; then assess feasibility and agree what a useful result looks like.

02 /

Build around the reality.

Build the agreed automation around your existing systems and facility rules. Install locally and test with synthetic or approved test data. Your team checks outputs, permissions, exceptions and rollback before approving a limited pilot.

03 /

Stay close to the work.

Agree a maintenance plan for rule changes, scheduled jobs and vendor updates. Review exceptions, repeat acceptance checks after changes, and keep a named owner for operational support.

RCMADMIN / INDEPENDENT HEALTHCARE AUTOMATION

Practical engineering.
Clear responsibilities.

A direct technical conversation. RCMAdmin provides healthcare workflow automation and integration consultancy. Reach us at hello@rcmadmin.com to discuss scope, technical fit and support.

Controls agreed before launch. Local processing, restricted system permissions, human review and documented acceptance checks form the implementation approach. We agree data handling, retention and contractual requirements with your facility.

Evidence you can inspect. The current products focus on ER workflows and remain development previews. Ask for a synthetic-data demonstration and a facility-specific pilot; there are no published customer case studies or independent accuracy claims here.
